The unprofessionalism and gaslighting was exhausting. Hiring this company was a very unpleasant experience.

Where to begin, hired to obtain plans on an addition already built, said would have in 2-3 weeks and took 50 days cost $5K. Also was hired to obtain permits, said could be done before May 17th 2022 date at which count would start charging a daily fee of $500. As of today 8/3/2022 he has not done anything and had us pay upfront another $5K. The fees continue to accrue and I had to find another person to help us get out of the situation. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$. I was very patient giving him all the benefit of the doubt, always treated with respect yet he failed me. I did ask him to refund the $5K I paid for the permits and he never responded. I believe in Karma and will let God handle it. So far my home has a lien from the city and the balance as of today is $39,000. I only pray that I do not loose my home, that I can resolve this before that happens.

We had a bathroom renovation to be done and Dave did a great job,and we have more work to get done and I look forward to having him back again.

Dave ,came by and gave me a quote and he had my floors done in 1 day , I'm definitely going to use him for my next project

Very disappointed with Dave... his workers did a good job on the floors when they came, but he was to come back and finish up That was almost a month ago and to date no Dave. Finally heard from him Sunday and he scheduled to come today only to cancel with no reschedule date. Hire at your own risk...
