I called from a Facebook ad. I had a older house that insurance was charging me way to much. So I called Lver Construction. They looked at the house on Google maps to give me a price. The price was under $8000 . So I said let's meet at the house and talk in person. They were very nice super easy to work with. I signed off on the roof with in two days They had permits done. They did the roof in ONE DAY. My renter told me they were very professional and cleaned up everything. They replaced some old soft wood . They sent pics of all the work and the bad wood only charged me for the wood not any labor I give them 5 stars
