As I said, they go beyond what a person expects as a client, they have the answer at the right time, a very competent team, trained personnel, kindness, and human warmth. They put themselves in our shoes. I am impressed with the service they gave us, they saved our day, we were in a hurry, we did not know how to solve it and they helped us with everything we needed in our project, providing us with the equipment we needed to distribute the concrete, not only did they recommend the right equipment but also they had the patience to wait. The truck had a delivery delay but they waited all time longer than we thought until the concrete truck arrived to deliver the concrete. I highly recommend this company. Very unprofessional company. Hired to pump concrete and their pump broke during the concrete poor!! It was down for over an hour and a half. Which of course caused a horrible domino effect with the rest of the job. In the end costing us more money to fix the issues that they caused with their POOR EXCUSE OF EQUIPMENT. When trying to call and explain what happened to their office and asking for a partial refund, mind you partial not an entire refund, they stated they would put a lien on our home if we disputed it!! Save yourself time and money and Do not use this poor excuse of a company!!
