        We reached out regarding listing services. Nicholas Fouraker approached me with rudeness, misconceptions and accusation. I had to ask him if i had previously offended him in some way that caused him to be so rude and disrespectful. He said no, but then his suggested listing amount came in $200,000 less then other brokers, who were nice. More so, previously we had an offer, we rejected , much higher then his low estimation. I will not give away my property so I can not hire this company, or him if I have self respect.

        I contacted Mr. Fouraker few years ago to help me find commercial property for my business. His lack of experience and complete aloofness resulted in missing out on the perfect real estate opportunity for us. When I addressed this with him he was disrespectful and his snarky comment: "You did not need this property, you just wanted it!" left a bad impression.
