Starbucks

I have been coming here for a bit because its right next door to me. Convince. Lately for some reason I am having nothing but issues. From how the drinks are made, to one day charging extra for something to another day making it with the extra but not having asked for it, to being given the wrong order to not being allowed to use the rewards on my app to sometimes being allowed when they feel like it. I understand things happen. I also understand only participating stores can do certain things. So if thats the case follow that always. Theres one team in particular who I never have issues with and it sucks that I only want to walk in when they are working because even if I cant use the rewards I know the customer service will be great. I always tip 5 and up and give the respect regardless. The service I had today from the manger on at 12pm was unwelcoming and non understanding and that sucks. I hope in the future things will get better or at least become consistent.

The cashier kept on asking me 20 times my order when I repeated it slowly several times. Along with that they got my order wrong and they had to remake two times. The staff are very slow. It took me 30 minutes just to get a drink.

These two ladys Amaya & Yvieaae non stop toke orders & made coffee and heated up food. They Did not stop.For 45 mins straight.(9-9:30) They should get raise. I am giving them a 10 star rating ***********

Music is very loud, staff is not friendly and bathrooms were dirty early in the morning.
