Dunkin'

Very disappointed to this Dunkin Donuts location I actually come every time around so I grab my ice coffee all the time and I like to get my croissant and because I didnt pronounce it right this gentleman in the front cashier was making fun of me and gave me attitude and start cursing at me from behind the kitchen disgusting this situation with the employees trying to look for confrontation this is a very unprofessional behavior Dunkin Donuts take care of this employee because thats not how you do customer

This location closes at 8pm I come in like 30 minutes before than and he tells me he closed so Im like ok then the next day I come back at 7:09 and the doors was locked so I was sitting down when he comes to open the doors I walk in and he says again they closed and I say dont yall close at 8 then he say its a leak flooding and I dont have Time to make anything so I sit down next door at Whole Foods and he comes out smoking for like 10 mins, I find this very rude and unprofessional and I want him fired

We go down to Universal and Disney a few times every year. I have been coming here for a few years everytime. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Service is quick and the best part is that my coffee is always made right. Never an issue here.

We had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location yesterday!!!! I work at a Dunkin' Donuts in North Carolina, so I look for certain things when I go somewhere. Customer service is key. The employees were great, and we had quick service. Our food and 1 of the drinks was completed before we were even finished at the register. We enjoyed our food, coffee, and donuts, and will definitely be back!!! Keep up the great work!!!
