        This Property has the most racist group of individuals. They always close the tills at 630 pm. Not supposed to close till 7. Every day they are gone early. They told us our kids could not be outside at night even if they were accompanied by an adult, which is false Imprisonment! If you value your money, DO NOT STAY HERE. The location by UCF is the property to stay if you want service from this company! That is hands down the best location and staff Rooms: Our room was full of roaches.

        The manager David is unprofessional he let the building go I was living there two months ago and they have cut off the wifi people have been complaining about the living standards here and management.

        Horrible service Dirty rooms Bad electricity in the room Mold in bathroom The refrigerator broke I lost my food they didnt replace my food The property manager yelled at me and my husband for asking for a key to get our room and because of the mold and refrigerator he told us hell give us a full refund he gave us half refund and also he hangs out with the guest who stays in the hotel when hes on call at night. DONT EVER STAY THERE GO TO A SHELTER INSTEAD THET SELL DRUGS AND DI DRUGS OUTSIDE LITTLE GIRL WALK AROUND HALF NAKED LIKE TRAFFICKING IS GOING ON THERE AND THE ROOMS ARE SUPER SMALL AND THAT GIRL THATS ON HERE LYING SAYING DAVID THE Property manager is a great guy. I guarantee you she did something for him or he done some for her to get on here and lie like that because he a piece of S girl stop F lying.

      Hi Jeremy! Thank you for your review. Our extended stay properties are more like an apartment than a hotel. On average, our guests stay multiple weeks at a time and InTown becomes home! Offering limited office hours allows us to keep our costs down and pass along the savings to our guests! Typically, our offices are typically open from 11am-7pm. Our Courtesy Officer is also available for late check-ins and after hours requests. Thanks again, and we hope to see you again soon!David, General Manager
