Terrible experience and not surprised that they had to file for bankruptcy. Walked in wanting to buy a couple suits for a couple of weddings and work and had no help and no attention placed on greeting me or helping me. When I walked in there was a worker and I said good afternoon and she just blankly looked at me, didnt open her mouth, frowned and just walked away. I was then in the suit section for 15 to 20 minutes trying to figure out my size and the different styles etc. and still not one employee came to my assistance. They just stayed by the register and talked among themselves. As a former employee I was honestly shocked. I remember that our policy used to be to always greet the customer and to sell. With customer experience and relationship building being the utmost importance. I did all of this in high school while working part time and these grown employees didnt even bother. Lost my business.
