        manager and staff unfriendly people, came in with $2000 shoes, $500 shirt and they didnt even know. get stares and looked up and down by the nasty manager. staff are unfriendly and unprofessional, spent hundreds of dollars on hugo but never an outlet. terrible place to be around period.

        I'm leaving 1 Star because I bought 2 Polo shirts and after washing them once, they shrank so much I can't wear them. Because they're Clearance items, returns are not accepted. I would think exceptions could be made...picture on left is after 1st wash. The color is different due to lighting.
