        I was on the phone with AT&T numerous times trying to resolve an issue with merging some of my AT&T accounts over the past 4 months. I got no resolution. I stopped by the local store and Swede took care of me effortlessly. I really appreciated all of his help. He was also guiding 2 other employees transactions as well. The guy was essentially the glue holding everything together. I was very impressed.
