    There are 2 T-Mobiles in the Florida Mall and I verified to make sure this is the correct one and I hope others do, as well, when writing reviews. This store should not be confused with the other disappointing site. The service here was top notch. Thank you Eli & Kris. I came here because the other T-Mobile located in the mall claimed they couldnt help me with my screen protector warranty, that I was to call 611, who informed that they were supposed to help me in store. She didnt want to give me a run around on the phone, so they were going to send it to me, but I was thankfully still on site and Eli informed me they had screen protectors in the store. Thank you to Eli for getting me a new screen protector, Kris for being a perfectionist and making sure that it was placed on my phone properly. These two made a great team and their quality of service was beyond appreciated after my experience at the other store.

    do not come here! this place is full of scammers & i will NEVER do service with ANY t-mobiles ever again. we came in on the 9th and spoke to Cameron/Kameron. we were looking to get another phone added onto the line. we ended up getting an Iphone 12 on the line, while discussing, Cameron mentioned they had a deal going on. a buy one get one free for the tablets. after discussing, we decided we didnt want tablets (as a family of iphone users). Cameron then suggested that we could do Ipads instead. after explaining that we would ONLY have to pay 1. the activation fees for both Ipads ($35.00 each) 2. the sales tax on the Ipads & 3. $30.00 every month to pay off one Ipad (hence the buy one get one free), we got the Ipads. due to the store not carrying Ipad pros in the store & we were only visiting florida, we decided to hold off on paying the sales tax on the ipads but paying the activation fees for the 2 ipads along with the iphone. we ended up leaving the store with three sims card (2 the ipads once we got home & an extra sim card we didnt know about) along with the new iphone. once returning home, we went to a local t-mobile thursday in hopes of getting the ipads set up. the guy who helped us was unhelpful & told us he wouldnt be able to get the ipads due to Cameron giving us the sim cards. he let us know we would have to do it online & sent us on our merry way. he was dismissive & didnt seem to want to help us, likely due to there being no eligible commission. the guy also said in a very snobby tone for future reference to not take sim cards without the devices as if we, as customers, were supposed to know. once home, we looked online but got no where. we spoke to customer service & they told us there was no deal going on but they may be able to honor what Cameron stated but we wouldnt know for sure. later that day, they said they WOULD be able to honor what Cameron said but that they would need to speak to Cameron to ensure the story is correct. then yesterday, they said they cannot honor what Cameron said along with they cannot locate him for whatever reason. the man we spoke to wanted us to find the address Cameron is working at, the phone number & any other information we could find - basically wanting us to do their job. he also stated hes going to cancel the new phone & we would be fully reimbursed for any money we paid on the 9th. this entire situation has left such a bad taste in my mouth that even though weve been with T-mobile for 6 years, i will never do any business with t-mobile nor recommend anybody to do business ever again. this is your warning, DO NOT COME HERE OR ANY T-MOBILE STORES. they will scam you & they wont care to fix it. this business is unethical.

    thought i could drop in quickly to get a new screen protector. No such luck. after waiting several minutes since it seems like they have no type of inventory to show them if they have a specific item stocked the gentleman came back with only one of two screen protectors. After he offered to add it to my bill and askkng me for my phone number and account pass code several times i decided to pay cash only to find out its $65! I should have known better and just gotten it online. But I figured tbey could help answer my question about my rebate. I was asked multitude of different questions "did i complete the process?" "what type of rebate was it?" "do you have such and such number?" (funny i came for answers not to be questioned about something they reasured me was taken care of) Then after being in the store for what felt like an eternity I left empy handed, no screen protector, no answers.

The service here was top notch. Thank you Eli & Kris.
I came here because the other T-Mobile located in the mall claimed they couldnt help me with my screen protector warranty, that I was to call 611, who informed that they were supposed to help me in store. She didnt want to give me a run around on the phone, so they were going to send it to me, but I was thankfully still on site and Eli informed me they had screen protectors in the store.
Thank you to Eli for getting me a new screen protector, Kris for being a perfectionist and making sure that it was placed on my phone properly. These two made a great team and their quality of service was beyond appreciated after my experience at the other store.
