Rude customer service and get like they really didn't care was told I was getting a new phone replacement with my warranty it was a refurbished phone when I got it told would been 5-7 days took almost 10days when I was told fees would be waived after i left the store phone got phone shut off had to get customer service involved to get fee waived and also they only care if your to buy something if not they ignore you or help other guests while your trying to get your phone swapped Def not going back to store the manager there Def very smug and has very poor customer service so Def avoid

I been dealing with this store for 10 years now. The current crew are very company oriented and friendly, Ouimama and carlos were very helpful and took good care of me. Don't hesitate to come to this store, the customer service is incredible.
