The customer service is ok at first till you want to buy a phone.
They will try to add on "Free" things to your bill, or tell you that it comes with the phone and then at the end the cost will be added to your phone bill until that item is fully paid.
They will also say you only have to pay for the service of that "free" thing then when you check the bill you'll find that you also have to pay for that " free" thing that they gave you. Plus, the service of that free thing.
You'll probably have to pay it little by little but it'll be on the bill until it's fully paid.
So, if they try to tell you that it is "free", it's not. It's a scam. I guess that's how they make their commission.
Make sure to tell them you want nothing more than the phone if you're only going for the phone, and don't want to pay for anything else.
