Held the rug doing nothing for 6 weeks and then did a hurry-up job that made the colors run terribly. Nice guy but not very professional. Antique rug is ruined.

The owner was nice enough and seemed to have a good depth of knowledge so I dropped my rugs off for cleaning. Ali did a good job of cleaning them and they passed my wife's inspection when I got them home. I had them deodorized, fringe cleaned and Scotchguarded. It is not inexpensive and the shop is not impressive but he did a good job on all the rugs and stayed very close to schedule. I would go back again and tell my friends about him.

Gave rug with understanding it would be ready in 4 weeks in time for a special event. 3 days prior it was still not started. Day prior it was worked on. When picked up the colors had run throughout. The previously gold and burgundy rug with some blue accents is now light blue all across it. This very expensive Karistan Rug is now nearly worthless. Maybe ok for a child's playroom. The owner told us to clean it ourselves with a special solution he would give us and we should rub it in one inch squares and then blot it out. So after paying him I am supposed to now clean it myself? There are over 15,000 square inches in this rug. The shop is very dirty and not climate controlled. Owner is nice, but the work quality is terrible.
