Employees are rude and need a lot more training. Literally grabbed things out of my hands, Misrepresented membership plans, and gave me inaccurate instructions.

Why is this location the worst unkept. Scanners constantly having issues, vacuums have no suction and why is so hard to have clean towels. The other property in near Meadow Woods is older and never has this issue. Why have the others Lane been closed down for so long?

Ive had a membership with this location since it opened. But the quality has gone downhill since. Bug prep area never stocked. Buckets with just a puddle of filthy, dirty grit filled water. Towel area never stocked and never can find window cleaner. Forced to start bringing my own towels. Vacuums never seem to work, or the suction is very low. In this case missing the vacuum head. No one seems to care, that is if you can find someone. Rarely anyone at the entrance. You have one lane open on a Friday afternoon and the cars are lined up out to the road. The person guides you in but doesnt spray off the front. Its such a prominent location, but Im finally done with them.

This location has gone drastically down hill. 9/10 vacuums barely work with little to no suction. They are not long enough to reach trunk. There is no glass cleaner. I almost always in the car wash when the whole thing shuts down and restarts. This is terrifying. I have seen cars hit each other. Prices have increased with no increase in services or replacement of hoses, vacuum attachments, bottles of glass cleaner, or new towels. The car wash doesnt actually wash your car. The windshield 9/10 still has dirt on it even if you use their buckets for pre wash which almost always are empty. Recently found a new spot further down on Narcoossee thats superior in all things mentioned above.

Sad to see an elite car wash deteriorate due to poor personnel who think they have the right to treat you with 0 respect even though you pretty much pay all their bills. They brought the employees from the top dog on Landstar to lake Nona and its all been downhill from there. Ive been a loyal customer for over 4 years but I wont tolerate disrespect and threats for taking one too many towels.
