        Very sneaky business save your money FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Waited about 2-3 hours for the actual mechanics to appear to work on my vehicle. To then tell me I need more parts for my vehicle. The entire time of waiting 2-3 hours no one offered to take a look to trouble shoot or diagnose even though 2 men were at my house waiting for mechanic. Then never finished the actual job. To then telling me another special tool was needed. Took almost 2 weeks for them to complete the work. This places has poor customer service. This place will scam you into adding more things on top of what you are already paying for. Did not even try to run a diagnostic to see correct issue with my vehicle paid over 1k for things that did not need to be fixed or repaired. They tell you a random name of someone working on your vehicle but in reality its two other men that show up to do the work on the vehicle. Lesson learned would never do business again with this company.

        I have a Hummer H2 and it is so hard to find a decent mechanic in the Orlando area who is confident to work on them. Not only does Top Notch come to your residence or location, they sent out a GMC specialist who instantly diagnosed and fixed my electrical issues the same day and even did an oil change. Prices were very fair and Ray was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these guys, simple booking process (did it through Facebook messenger), and very reliable.

      I'm sorry for any confusion, ma'am. We want to assure you that we did not try to scam you in any way. Our intention was to communicate openly with you to ensure the job was done correctly. In order to complete the job to the best of our ability, we needed to acquire additional parts and a special tool for the cam gear on your vehicle. This was necessary to prevent any timing issues with your car. We take pride in our honesty and our track record speaks for itself. Additionally, I want to mention that the initial two mechanics who were assigned to the job were the ones who identified the need for additional parts and a special tool that were not included in the kit. We made sure not to leave your car in a state of disrepair by immediately calling in two other team members to continue the work. Meanwhile, the first mechanics went out to source the necessary parts, which unfortunately had to be obtained directly from Ford as they were specific to your vehicle and not available at local auto stores.We apologize if we fell short of your expectations. We made a considerable see effort to assist you by driving 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach you. We understand that you may have been frustrated, but we would have appreciated a call from you so we could have addressed any concerns directly. It's important to clarify that it only took us 2 days, not 2 weeks, to get your car back on the road. Thank you for your understanding.I would like to emphasize that despite the extra effort involved in sourcing the correct parts for your vehicle and the loss of a day's work due to the initial incorrect parts, we did not pass on any additional charges to you.
