Easirent Car Rental Orlando Airport (MCO)

Came in today to get a rental and Iris helped us out shes amazing, she made the process so easy and made us laugh alot!!

When we arrived via shuttle bus the front lobby was a circus. People were standing around frustrated and there were like 20 people ahead of me. I asked the gentleman outside how long he was waiting. He replied 1 1/2 hours. I gathered my family and went back to the airport and spent the extra money.

If I could give a negative star I would, its a click and bait and we ended up paying another $250 or so than the original amount we should be paying because they will NOT accept your own car insurance even you have full coverage we called AAA at the same time we were picking up our car rental and even AAA is getting confused as to why theyre REQUIRING us to get another insurance from them when we are already covered. The girl who was helping us was not helpful at all and she will just take NO for an answer. I shouldve read reviews prior to booking but we booked our reservation as a bundle with Priceline so next time be very careful because we thought we are saving money that way..WRONG..Also they should change the name to Nightmare car rental. We waited almost two hours because they were so busy and employees are not friendly. We had a long flight and I have little kids waiting, tired and hungry. This place was just BEYOND TERRIBLEStay away from this car rental place if you want to avoid loosing money, stress and if you still want to keep your sanity. The WORST car rental place on EARTH!!!!!
