I would like to specially thank Mr.Deshaun in Orlando Airport, he has been a real help to us. He was polite and he understood all our concerns and helped us to get our prepaid and pre-booked car, thank-you soo much Mr, Deshaun, if you would not been there at that point we would have lost our fully paid money and as well our trip would be incomplete.though It was a small error but you were a real hero to solve it. I had braced myself for the worst but I was proven otherwise. Went during a busy period (spring break) but my experience was seamless. Got there in the morning and there wasnt a line. Only one person in front of me and the manager Michael came out to help me so I didnt have to wait. Received friendly straightforward service and the manager made sure I was charged the right amount based on my reservation. They operate a toll by plate service but I just avoided tolls. I got my contract and headed across the street where I got my choice of car. The car was clean and I had no issues with the car during the rental period and the return process was easy - you park and someone scans the barcode on the windshield and youre good to go.

The first issue we had was the car we ordered was not there and we had to wait for one to be brought from a storage facility. When it turn up it was a 12 seater minibus not the 15 seater we had ordered. It was also very beaten up. The interior was very well worn and the back seat had not been secured correctly and would wobble every time I used the breaks. There also was a cockroach living in the air vent. Not really what I would expect from a legitimate rental company.

Alamo is the place to rent from at this airport! The service is friendly and fast! You will thank yourself as you walk by the long, LONG lines at the other rental car locations and smile when you get to walk straight up to the counter at Alamo! So glad I went with them!
