Nice family owned dealership, everyone was very nice and very helpful! I needed a car on a Sunday but they were closed. I called them and they met me at their dealership to view some cars. Wow, I was very impressed on how nice they all were. I didn't have all the cash to pay in full right then so they put in in 90 days same as cash for me, so much appreciated!! I couldn't be happier with their service and my new car. I would recommend this dealership over shopping around, if you tell them Tabitha George sent you I'll get a hundred bucks. 2nd Purchase Just bought another vehicle from this dealership, Nissan Murano, the best customer service I have ever had from a used car dealer. My first purchase went without fail and my new purchase went just as well. Thank you for all you do to make your customers happy. I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from Starling's. 1st Purchase Worth the drive! I drove a long distance to check out a vehicle. My new Enclave was everything I expected. Dealer was very upfront about every detail so there were no surprises. Thank you for not wasting my time and thank you for such a great deal!

Just bought the perfect Cargo Van yesterday for my business from Starling's. I've been looking for 5 weeks and was very frustrated with the results until now. This van is exactly what was advertised and drives out perfect. The customer service was also off the charts with honesty and professionalism! I will definitely return for all my future purchases. Sold me a truck they said has absolutely no issues. Cracked radiator, 3 bad ignition coils, 3 bent rims, bad camshaft sensor, and bad inner and outer tie rods. 2 bad window regulators. They cut the catalytic converters out and straight piped it. Exhaust leak. Both valve cover gaskets leak and then refuse to answer any call after I found all this out. A problem is they had their kids play with my kids the entire time we were doing paper work and acted like there was no issues. Place is a joke. And Trina is nothing but a liar. Save your money unless you want to get ripped off.

The best customer service I have ever had. I'm not the easiest person as I have my guard up when purchasing a vehicle but Trina was awesome! She was patient and took time with me, I didn't feel rushed and turns out I love my new car! Thank you so much, I really do appreciate all our help!
