    From start to finish, it was like any car buying experience, exhausting and nothing I was looking forward to. I strategically came in at close so that I knew if I was going to get approved, I would get approved that day. First factor was I said I had $1500 down cash TODAY. Of course that gets any managers ears perked up because if anyone doesn't know, the dealership keeps that money and it does not go to the bank. Anytime you buy a car and put a down payment down it is actually illegal and you can rescind the contract once you are approved. Secondly, I came in at the end of the month to drive the thirst up of the dealership. These are all tactics anyone should use when purchasing a vehicle because VOILA, I was approved same day. The thirst was unreal. I supplied every form of documentation requested without a fight. Meanwhile I had already been car shopping and got approved zero down at a dealership but the Jeep Compass Trailhawk 2021 just spoke to me so I decided to go with that sale over my approved $0 down brand new 16 mile car. After being told I was approved, I was then told "okay you're approved but we need this now." They wanted 3 months of bank statements which just seemed OVERLY invasive. I eventually supplied the required docs and was still at the dealership hours after I came back the second time. I recently started experiencing mechanical issues within a week of purchasing and the whole screen went out. I had to pull teeth to accommodate the car being picked up and being told I would get a rental with their warranty they sell (FYI DO NOT BUY IT! THEY DO NOT COVER RENTALS AND LEFT ME AT WORK WITH NO RENTAL AND A $60 UBER HOME) how embarrassing to say the least! I was then told they would not pay for a rental and about 30 minutes later, the finance department calls me and says the bank withdrew their approved loan after causing me all types of inconvenience and hurdles. No. I do not think it was a coincidence. I feel it was discrimination to the highest degree. How do you sell someone a car then take it back? My gut told me don't buy the vehicle so I take accountability of not listening to all the people who told me not to buy but I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER refer my friends or family to the Orange blossom dealership or EVER buy a car from ENTERPRISE AGAIN. THEY WILL PAY ME TO TAKE THIS DOWN OR IT WILL STAY UP. Good luck to their 22%+ interest rates! I'll stick to my credit union and local dealership! NEVER AGAIN!
