        Came in for a new inner tube since my bike likes to eat them (I didnt buy the bike from them). Dealt with both Ismael and Joseph. Both were great. Joseph began helping me out but Ismael finished the inner tube installation. It was a very quick replacement and was done all while I waited. While I waited I overheard Joseph talking with another customer about repairing their bike and I was overly impressed. Rather than try and upsell them on this or that and try to gain another sale he was upfront with them about the work it would need and what could or couldnt be done in their shop. Im more than happy to patronize a place with good customer service and doesnt try to pull a salesmen move.
