While it seemed like forever to get done, due to my limited budget in making my fee payments, I was very happy about how my case was handled and how the firm worked with me.

Kind of funny as I see everyone else has had a similar interaction with Kirk (even though theres much denial among the responses) I can say he was quite rude. Ive never had to deal with any type of lawyer before, Im new at this so Im obviously a bit nervous. When he gave me a call back, he said his name and then there was silence right after. I asked how he was, he said fine then proceeded to say he didnt even know what the call was about. Okay, cool. No biggie because Ill explain. It was sort of hard to explain when I kept being cut off as he was saying the firm doesnt deal with loans Im having trouble paying. Well, Kirk maybe give me 2 seconds next time to say I wanted to look into filing bankruptcy instead of continuously saying you dont deal with this or that and hear me out. Please work on your attitude because its clear Im not the only one who has had issues with you no matter how much you deny a conversation didnt happen. I just wanted to be pointed in the right direction of what I can do, but again it wasnt possible because I couldnt even explain anything thoroughly. Get a grip.
