        Someone tell the notary that he should probably bring his stamp with him if he intends to notarize documents for account holders. Maybe Im asking for too much?

        Probably the worst bank for corporate customers with promises unfulfilled. First claims to do large amounts of acquisition financing, then when they get the clients name, they somehow "know them" and will "pass on this opportunity" without giving any explanation of their services or products that is available in the industry.
