Fifth Third Bank & ATM

Mitaben is such a nice and amazing lady, I actually prefer to go inside the brand vs the Drive thru simple because the inside experience with her is so pleasant.

Bad bank and not recommended I talk to the manager Robert I had a lot of problems from the beginning to sum it up, problems with the card at the time of withdrawal, when I deposited the check it took almost 2 weeks for it to be reflected , I had many bills delayed due to lack of communication, then the manager promised me that he would make the next checks. to deposit in cash so as not to have the same problem and today I went with the checks and change of appearance and what he said before was pure lies, I don't know if it is all this bank in particular or it is this location since he couldn't help me then he told him I said that I was very displeased with the attention and he told me that I could gladly go to another bank. I don't see that being the appropriate way to say what a shame. The drive through is awful. The call button is broken, so if they dont see you youll sit there. Evidently , the tube was never sent back to the customer (me). Wednesday I sat there for 15 minutes but couldnt wait any longer so I went inside. Today, I was being a customer. They pulled away, so I sent the tube in and waited 25 minutes, and had to call the bank to notify them Id sent my deposit in. The tellers and managers are great, but the drive through option is a terrible feature for this bank.

Excellent service and pleasant experience provided for me and my wife from Yemilizabeth. I will give 5+ star for her if I could. Best 5/3 branch.

For now im lobing this Bank , after trying BofA & Chase bank i am happy to close my accounts with them and staying with Fifth third
