As a recurring customer I made an appointment to get an Oil change a week in advance. I arrived at 8:20am, 20 minutes after they open, to check in for my oil change. The employee at the counter was writing check orders from his checkbook when I went up, so I waited. After maybe 5 minutes of him writing checks he decides to see me. After checking in I was told by him itll be ready in a hour. I come back an hour and a half later and it hasnt even been looked at, literally sitting in the same place I parked it when I arrived. The excuse was there was a part issue with a previous car in the repair bay mine was supposed to go into(not my problem nor do I care being given excuses). My car was not serviced and done until after 11:25am. I waited 3 hours for an Oil Change with appointment. I was also not able to keep MY car inspection sheet that had lists of mechanical and transmission issues. Therefore I took a picture and took it to another mechanic, they did not find those issues. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT come here! Read the ALL reviews not just good ones, theyre deceptive. Service: Oil change
