        The place smelt soo bad of old rancid ashtray butts i had to cover my face until i left. No way is this from 1 person occasionally for 10 yrs. Im talking 5+people chain smoking since the place opened & years of stomping butts on the floor. This place needs a visit from FL Health Department STAT. Also, fluent in english & spanish but could barely understand a word from whoever answered the phone.

        You buy a battery from one of their stores and they literally have to call each and every store to try and find the receipt. Jorge didn't want to do anything about it I guess it's the customers responsibility to remember what store they bought it from.

        The guy that runs this store (manager) hes been working at Advanced Auto for very long time but I think its time for him to get a different career this manager has no customer service Very rude. wants to argue with the customer, certified mechanic. So, if you having a bad day, this Manager just makes things even better. Now I know why they have a Auto Zone and OReillys. Next door. Im already having a bad day for Manager to be telling me that we Indians. I dont know if thats customer service or Not. this manager has a lot of mouth.I purchased the battery on Friday because the one I had was over three years old. I drove the vehicle all weekend with the new battery. I went to work on Monday then on Tuesday the car didnt wanna turn on. I told the manager that Im stranded and thats when he said that he doesnt care that we are Indians. so I had to wait 45 minutes for them to charge the battery. It turned out to be a bad battery.
