        Great service. John is very helpful in showing us and installing the cabin and engine filter , so greatly appreciated it a was few days ago. Today Pedro A. is very helpful as well in changing the high beam light bulb in our SUV. They are all very knowledgeable and very professional , kind and always willing to assist with customers .

        I went today, Friday, March 8, 2024 to exchange my truck battery. We had been at the store the previous day at which time Krista helped us. We followed up in the evening with the information requested and were told that the battery was still under warranty. Today, we arrive and Kathy, or the person in charge took over although Krista was there. Kathy asked me to bring the battery in because it was purchased commercially. I asked her for a wrench. She replied we dont have any wrenches. I should have walked out but was still hopeful that we could exchange the battery. Long story short the warranty had expired a month earlier. She asked if we wanted to purchase a battery. I replied, yes, but not here! You all dont have wrenches and I dont want your batteries. In summary, they dont have wrenches nor customer service! They shouldnt even get one star! Zero stars!

        I want to thank the worker named William for the outstanding help he provided to me yesterday with replacing my ignition coils. He gave me his attention and care and satisfied every need I had. Very polite and patient with his customers. Also knew a lot of the car parts and knew exactly what to do when dealing with everything under the hood. I hope his caring work doesnt go unnoticed from the other works because genuinely, all workers should aspire to provide the customer satisfaction that William provided. Thank you!
