      Hi Mina, unfortunately your experience would be the same with anyone that fixed your windshield. Everything is based on your driving history. I verified on a recorded line your concern was never mentioned on the call. I recommend contacting the Office of Inspector General and open an inquiry to find out if in fact your insurer is committing Bad Faith. Your windshield is free w/ Comp/Collision and it is illegal to operate a vehicle in the State of Florida with a damaged windshield. You should be targeting the negative press toward your insurance company you had chosen and not the small business you contacted for our services
