Came here to get one window fixed and they took 5 hours to get done. Meanwhile theres only one other car in the shop and theres more than 2 mechanics walking around chatting and eating. I couldve gotten it done in less than 30 minutes with anyone else. Also when my two year old and I got tired of sitting in the office for 3 hours, I took him outside to walk back and forth up and down the block and the one of the workers said something to me that I need to sit and wait bc Im distracting them but all theyre doing is chatting around my car and every time I did see them, they were doing the same thing. Terrible place and service. Wouldve been no stars if I had an option.
