I thought my case was unwinnable. It was a turbulent time in my life, and my "ex" was fighting me for custody. In an attempt to get me out of the picture, and knowing I had prior charges stacked up against me, he used his new girlfriend (years younger than myself) to file a false complaint that I had attacked her during a baby visitation exchange. She even produced photos of her neck scratched). I was innocent and terrified. Scott told me we were going to have a jury trial. I thought for sure I would lose my son. It was a triumphant display of brilliance as I watched Scott win for me! I owe him a tremendous debt gratitude, and so does my son. Everyone has a past, but thanks to people like Scott, we get to have an awesome future! I would recommend him to fight for you any day!!!

Scott Richardson is the best criminal defense and family law attorney in Central Florida. He has handled several legal issues for me personally and numerous others that I know. Scott is a pleasure to deal with but aggressive in his representation. He is fair with his fees and effective.
