We are parts company, that provides the best in service, HVAC, Refrigeration, hot side and cold side anything in the industry, and installs many other things to offer.

Scheduled some repair service and paid for the trip upfront. They did not show the first day and when I called they stated that they were just too busy. Rescheduled, and again they did not come out or contact me in any way. In short, if you want service on an agreed upon date, look elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Theyve now rescheduled our service 3 times and just cancelled again because they had too many emergency repairs for Mothers Day weekend. Apparently some people are more important than others. Theyve now charged me for 3 separate trip charges at almost $300 a piece and a mystery charge of an extra $76, have yet to fix anything. If you own a business and depend on reliable people to service and fix your equipment I do not recommend using Whaley.
