I called Reliable based on their reviews. Mark took my call and Brian was on his way. Very FAST service. My fridge put Brian to the test. It took a few tries to nail the problem but Mark assured me they would get it fixed. They did. The company is Honest and has Integrity. Thank you, I will never use anyone else. I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. Mark and Brian were a delight to work with.

Called and spoke to mark was able to get same day service for both my dryer and refrigerator. Brian is efficient and knowledgeable and very clean too . Nothing more frustrating than a messy repairman in your home. Give them a call. They are a great team and will take good care of you. They are reasonable too none of those charges to just come look. Refreshing

Arrived on time, were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prepared for the job including parts. Price for the service call was fair. Highly recommend!!

Mark and Brian were a dream to work with. I was having washer issues and called this morning to set up an appointment, thinking it would take a couple days to have them come and diagnose. Mark responded immediately (like, within minutes) and was able to send Brian out same day. It was an easy fix thankfully and he already had the parts, so he was done in no time! As he was leaving, we mentioned that my dishwasher door was also broken and asked if he could take a quick look. He repaired it at no extra charge, even though I offered to pay. I was blown away by the professionalism of both Mark and Brian. From start to finish, I couldnt have asked for better communication, efficiency, and honest work at a very fair price. I will be recommending them to everyone! Their number is now saved in my phone :)
