        Castilian Apartments has been my home since I moved to Orlando in 2020. Director Amanda has turned this community around in positive ways that I never thought were possible. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely fashion and with a sense of urgency. Very friendly and welcoming community. Pet friendly.

        Applied for these apartments submitted the application fee and processing fee and heard nothing from them afterwards. Called many times and left messages many times. These apartments do not respond to you and they take your money and do not refund any of it. Do not apply for these apartments they are a scam! Not only did I pay the fees of like $225 Then a month later after hearing nothing from them they tell me I owe them fees because I never paid them even though I have proof I did like what the hell is going on with this apartment complex! So shady.

        Rent wayyyy to high for the service tenants received. Hallway nasty barely do any repairs.
