Ill start off by saying that the pool area is amazing. Im giving it 3 stars because what made us pick this place was the fact that it was advertised to have a dog park. The dog park is non existent and leasing staff have no idea when it will even start to get built, which is frustrating. The on-site restaurant is also not open yet.. aside from that were happy..

First of all, we absolutely love the leasing staff here. Laryssa does an incredible job helping her residents and making you feel at home. Im only giving two stars because we unfortunately have to begin our moving process and to warn future residents about the drug use here. We cant find a resolution to stop our entire floor from smelling like marijuana all the time. Theres no way to really pin point who is smoking freely in our building which means there is no resolution. Its an unfortunate situation which we felt like wouldnt happen at the price and quality of living we thought this community could offer. If you like drugs, youll fit in here. Otherwise you might be frustrated paying $3,000 per month to feel like you live in the ghetto.
