I am not satisfied at all, I have applied for apartment and paid the application fees, and after almost half an hour, I told them for private circumstances, I will not be able to proceed. They did not even run the application or do any background check. They just did not care, and did not refund back my money. I would definitely not recommend them at all

I feel very torn about this place because the staff is super friendly and accommodating BUT I've been having to deal with a massive roach infestation for over two years. It's so bad that I can't have people over because they just crawl everywhere. I've told staff multiple times there is a nest inside the stove (I can't even see the clock sometimes because the roaches are inside blocking it). And literally every time I get the "oh wow that sucks. We'll send pest control". But let's be honest, pest control just sprays something and then a few weeks pass and they're back and worse. I've spent well over $100 on roach traps and other methods to try and get rid of them but nothing. And no one really seems to care past "oh we'll send pest control". I have a job that I have to get to. Pest control never comes at a specific time, so I just have to sit here and wait around all day or just not be able to have pest control come because I work. Not to mention I have to empty out my cabinets every time they come. I've dealt with a lot at this place. Not to mention a massive rent increase just to be living under subpar conditions. I've told them many times, I can live with a lot: my drug-dealer neighbors, packages getting stolen, abandoned furniture outside our building, floodings from broken pipelines and poor patio upkeep, but I CANNOT continue living with this roach infestation. I'm desperate at this point. Again, everyone is very friendly and accommodating BUT unfortunately, none of those things fix the issue at hand which is: for a complex, charging people $1500-1700+ a month, the living conditions are simply not worth it and frankly just.....gross. I just want someone to permanently fix it or move me to a more upgraded apartment or something, because I genuinely don't mind anything else and like living here because of the location.
