Lived here for 4 years as a student and loved living at Dwell Nona Place. The gym is amazing - you don't need a membership with the machines, weight rack, and jungle gym -, the premises are always clean, the management is very responsive and reasonable, maintenance comes quick, the area is safe & quiet, parking was never an issue, and the location near Narcoossee road is great. Also, the pool is great and hardly ever busy and the walking trails make it easy to get some steps. My rent hardly increased (only increased ~10%) in the entire 4 years I lived there even though the market price for a similar unit sky-rocketed (increased ~60%). Would recommend this apartment over any other apartment complex in the Lake Nona area because of the management, amenities, and value.

I lived at the Dwell Nona Place for 6 years. There is no place like it in Orlando, Florida. William Stern is the best property manager in the world. The maintenance staff is held to a high quality standard, so problems are solved in a timely manner, ALWAYS. There arent many units, but that means the property care remains manageable. Wil consistently walks and inspects the grounds, he is very involved in the up keep of the property. His management practices are honorable to say the least. I always felt safe, and peaceful there. Couldnt wait to go home after a long 14 hr work day. I miss living there so much. The only reason I left is because my income could not accommodate the market value price of the apartment anymore. But, I assure you, if you want a wonderful, clean, well maintained, peaceful, caring place to live, the Dwell Nona Place is the best apartment residence in Orlando Florida to do so. We've been living at Dwell Nona Place for almost 9 months now. The whole experience is really nice, but the best part is the staff for sure. It's always a pleasure, for instance, to get some coffee in the lobby and have a nice chat with Jackie, who keeps the area clean and restocked all the time! Highly recommend it!
