it's the worst place I could live as the lady said in the other comments the manager always has a story told every time we talk about this right now I'm sick this mold is really making me and my son sick please don't come I was deceived I don't want this to happen to other people I'm between the month of January I only have a month in the apartment and see for yourself the state of this house there are more photos every Windows

This is the worse apartment I have ever dealt with they are a bunch of scam artists, I have been complaining a leak and mold and there's a hole in my kitchen and nothing have been done about it! They charged me for car parking fee when I do not have car and have been complaining months about it! They are so quick to double charge you while they poorly manage everything. I'm paying for a "renovated space" but literally every time I touch a door knob it falls apart, I came into the apartment while doors and cabinets was broken apart! Please save your money and run away from this place, if I could give 0 stars I would.

It's terrible that they deliver the apartment with a defect, still poorly tidied, the bathroom sink is broken, we complained 3 months ago, and to this day no one has come to fix it, I think this is a lack of respect for the residents of the condominium, the worst part is that every month they increase 50 dollars

This is the worst unit ever I been going back-and-forth with the landlord for two months now and still havent gotten nothing done,she doesnt care about ppl health or security my bedroom had a leak on the wall it breaking open I cannot sleep in my bedroom I been sleeping in my living room on the couch for two months and Im still sleep in my living room theres mold on my bedroom wall my window my ceiling I wish I could update a picture, I emailed her almost everyday she just ignored my emails and when I go to the office she just be telling you a story Im paying $1326 every month for one bedroom. Plus and they got roaches the hallway it always dirty they clean the front building just to scam people but the back of the building it dirty.dont come guys Im only thuggin it out because I dont wanna lose my deposit. (Specially for building K dirty)

This place scams you into buying broken down units that are so called renovated The building office and manager will get nothing done for you. The one Great thing thats happened to this place is the new maintenance supervisor Ray. He came in and gave solutions to all my problems and made living here just a tad bearable.
