I can say with confidence that I would NOT recommend living here. The units themselves are habitable, but to me renting an apartment should exceed livable considering how much people pay to live here. Maintenance is unresponsive and does not come to do any repairs unless you hound them down. They charge for trash valet even though trash was never picked up, and when they formally ended the service, continued to charge it as trash valet on your rent. Oh, and If you want your money back from your deposit, you wont be getting that. The property will charge you for cleaning fees & excessive damages, will not provide proof and will ignore you when you want to contest them. These are just a few of the major issues I had while living there. you deserve to live somewhere that is not run by scammers, especially in this economy.

I chill here all the time. My friends apartment is clean and Ive never seen any bugs or roaches. The building is quiet and I actually considered moving in to this place. My experience is different than others because I dont live there buttttt the neighbors are quiet theres never any drama the buildings are kept clean no bad smells no weird neighbors so yes these reviews may be correct because they have actually lived there but if I never read the reviews I never wouldve known or thought that about this place. I would still think about moving here based off my own experience. Just a fyi

Staff went above and beyond on a maintenance request for me. I just moved in, nice clean and quiet apartment!

I moved here in 2020 paying around $850. The area was close to both jobs I had in town. The pools were typically closed, the gate that you get charged for having the key for never worked. We have valet trash in our lease agreement. They stopped that service sometime the end of 2022 and then charged us if we left the trash outside our door for pick up afterwards. While still charging us. I lived in the building close to the dumpster, and for months there was a pile up of trash in that area spilling into the street. It led to a maggot and fly infestation that lasted for a bit(this is early 2023). There is a lease restriction option on the payment portal saying that you cant pay more than a certain amount unless you turn it off. When my lease renewed to over the $1000 threshold in 2022 it declined my payment. However, I went to the office and asked why my payment wasnt going through the second of the month. They told me it was just running slow. On the 6th they charged me a late fee and refused to remove it because they were not responsible for that My neighbors were friendly. The area behind the complex is fantastic if you have children or pets. But I would really recommend elsewhere. I was here from 2020-July 2023. And dont expect your security deposit back. I cleaned the carpet and provided the receipt of $125 and they still charged me extra for that. I stayed because the area was ideal for the things I needed to do. But I wouldnt rent here again.
