I visited this place twice with my husband, and both times, no one bothered to greet us. The customer service is horrible, especially for potential tenants seeking information. Disappointing experience.

I resided here for 7 months and was truly impressed by its beauty and cleanliness. Should you require any help with the apartment, the response is swift. The common areas are cozy, and the apartments come with excellent amenities. However, one drawback is the internet connectivity. My phone lacked signal ( I have T-Mobile), necessitating reliance on Wi-Fi. Moreover, you're limited to their chosen provider, Summit, which can be inconsistent at times.

My son started medical school in Lake Nona, and he was looking for apartment living that would be quiet, clean and close to campus. We looked at quite a few different complexes both near and far and Landon house was outstanding! (its the first one we visited, and he was sold, but I pressured him to look at about five or six others). Im a real estate broker, and I know a thing or two about real estate and property management this complex is so well run and I have to say Geoffrey stands out above all other employees Ive met at property management companies! Because of the type of business, I am in, Im pretty particular. The employee helping us was not able to come up with the type of property we were looking for, yet Geoffrey was able to overhear from his office and came out with several questions, and immediately thought of a solution, which worked perfectly for my son! Geoffrey was able to provide us with several names of great restaurants and different things to do in the area. From the moment we walked into the complex theres a nice suede- like smell thats very fresh and clean. Its decorated with pleasing taste, and is very professional and classy. I was concerned about tenants that might be obnoxious or loud, but Ive only experienced that a couple of times during my visit, and it was on a Sunday where it was the wild wild west, with tenants allowing family members and friends over into the pool -eating (in the pool), swimming, etc The association states they do not allow people to bring their own radios/ music to the pool area, so I think that was a rare occurrence I do believe that if Geofffey was at the complex on that day, that wouldnt have happened! Hes right on top of everything immediately!!! The complex provides a parking structure, which is extremely convenient. Hallways are well air-conditioned and always smell very pleasant. They seem to do a great job making sure everything is clean. Probably my only complaint would be maintenance needing to check on the gym equipment including the trash receptacles need batteries so they can work properly. Otherwise you have to use your fingers to physically open the lid to throw away a sanitizing wipe. And the hammocks are a beautiful thought, but they dont work, Im not a heavy person, but if I sit on one, I fall all the way to the ground where there are hard rocks. I do think this complex is a well oiled machine not only with my experiences with Geoffrey, but he has mentioned someone named Chuck, who is very hands-on who will walk around with measuring tape and make sure everything is absolutely perfect. BRAVO!! For sure this is my kind of place and I think it will be yours as well especially if you are an organized person who appreciates peace and luxury! Im including a couple of photos of the apartment I decorated. There are so many wonderful possibilities with these units!
