Cadence Crossing Apartments

Damaris and Frankie were probably the best part of living here. They were both very helpful and attentive to any concerns you might have. When I lost my job during COVID, they were both helpful with providing options for rental assistance during such a hard time. I knocked one star off because the neighborhood had changed drastically from the time I moved in (2018) until I moved out (2022). The apartments themselves are nice and spacious and renovations have been done recently so they are more modern.

The Worst Complex Ever!! Dont Move Here I lived here for 6 yrs and Had wonderful memories with family before Damaris and Frankie Came Along, They Are Very Phony people and love to gossip about other tenants . At First They Seem like they Were nice and was going to change things for the better .They Didnt renew all the tenants who lived there for along time,They just wanted tenants out to raise the rents plus get that money under the table to get ppl apartments without no back round check plus The had The Elderly ppl removed because they wanted raise the rents higher . They only rent to the Hispanic community They had the black tenants removed didnt renewed their leases Because they want to rent to the Hispanic communities . I have Friends who lived here after I moved out They Said Frankie and Damaris Was horrible to long time tenants. They want to rent these apartments to people who offer them money under the table one months rent for an apartment and They changed a lot of the The way it looks on the Out side .The Inside is very old and wiring is since 1940s when you complain They didnt want to here. There have been many fires ,Floods and Sink hole through the complex because its a Flood Zone .DONT MOVE HERE !! You hear everything in the next apartment . The Owners need to get Rid of the Office Staff and Get professional Workers who dont gossip and tell other tenants Other tenants Business. It looks nice on the out side and its spacious but its old and The Management is horrible!!

It's about time I share my honesty to new renters. STAY AWAY. > yes Frankie was nice and welcoming but it's only a front. PART 1: After a year living in the complex I left my bathroom fan on when I went to sleep, I woke up at 2am to a haze in my apartment unsure of what it was. Only to then see SMOKE come our of my bathroom vent. My unit caught fire to an electrical FIRE. Luckily I woke up and called 911, acted fast and they were able to put out the fire to little damage. PART2: Red cross came and gave us $500 To find shelter. I atleast was displaced for 6 days, the property did not offer to pay for any hotel for us. They found a new unit for me but on my next rent I noticed that week I was displaced was not adjusted off my rent. I asked Damaris and she said "well people go on vacations and out of town for work and we don't deduct that" You are telling me that you had no intention of removing that week we were DISPLACED because of your neglegence? She did adjust my rent only because I brought it up, not because she already planned too. In my new unit I noticed the electrical was ALSO having issues, I'm sorry outlets should not SPARK everytime you plug something in. Another electrical fire is bound to happen, please for the safety of you and ur family DO NOT rent here. **I'm also screenshot my review in case they delete it**
