        I brought one of the TBMs on our support program to Exec Aero on a short notice request to replace the battery and tires. When Boeing Distribution failed to ship the battery as promised, one of the owners, Jennifer Marler, drove all the way down to Miami to pick it up from the warehouse to be sure the aircraft finished on time.
