I found these guys through recommendations on Reddit (they never disappoint) and Downtown Air is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. I can be suspicious of contractors, since it is so common to be overcharged for services and I have been bamboozled in the past. Not with Downtown Air. We had a major A/C problem shortly after closing on our house in Lake Mary and Danny was the best, he genuinely cares about his customers and takes his time to throughly troubleshoot problems. He educates so much knowledge to his customers that I found myself gaining a wealth of understanding about the functionality of my unit. They also worked with our HVAC warranty company to save us money. Overall this company is a holy grail and will not disappoint.

The service gentleman was very nice and extremely professional. He was knowledgeable and finished the job efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Albert did a thorough inspection and answered all questions. He cleaned the bacteria buildup off the fan unit and installed a UV to prevent buildup in the future.
