        Carlos was an awesome technician. He installed my EV charger and came back a second time to troubleshoot some issues. Long story short I believe my issue is a bad Tesla charger instead of the outlet he installed. However I had some issues with scheduling as I was originally quoted a 12pm-5pm window and they never showed so I had to reschedule for the following day. Not sure what the issue was, but otherwise Carlos was an awesome technician and would be very very happy if I needed his service in the future. Carlos gets 5 the scheduling team at Mac5 gets 3 so my review evens out to 4 overall.
