Ive had the pleasure of using action air twice now and I cant say enough great things about them. Joe is awesome, he will call you personally and troubleshoot with a couple of simple steps before dispatch. Appointments have been made within 24 hours. Both techs were super nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I work in real estate and have confidently recommended them so many times. Feedback has always been stellar from our clients. If you want fast, reliable and trustworthy service Action Air is the ONLY choice in Central Florida. I greatly appreciate their hard work and honesty, you will too. Thank you Action Air!

I do not have enough great things to say about action air and their team. They have helped me with two different issues and I am beyond satisfied with both appointments. From the lovely lady who answers the phone, to Joe who returns calls very quickly to schedule, they are all great. My first technicians were Carlos and Hector. What a great set of guys who were punctual, professional, neat, and experts in their craft. The care they took to keep the workspace clean was incredible. Just amazing customer service! Today, Cameron came out to clear a clog in my A/C drain. He too was punctual, neat, and very professional. I am dropping my old A/C company and I will only use Action Air because of these great people!!!

READ BEFORE USING ACTION AIR OF FLORIDA. THE MOST REPREHENSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My AC evaporator fan motor stopped working. It would come on then quickly shut off. I called to arrange service and the representative helped diagnose the problem over the phone and the technician came out later that evening. I had already removed the AC evaporator panels exposing everything inside the evaporator compartment. When the technician arrived all he did was remove four screws, take out the evaporator fan and motor assembly and then remove an electrical component. He reinstalled the new electrical component then reinstalled fan motor assembly using the same sheet metal screws. He than installed the evaporator panels and turned on the AC. That's it!!! There was no diagnosing, and the unit was already disassembled. This appears to be a common issue easily and quickly repaired. The entire job from start to finish took him 12 minutes. After the repair he said he needed to talk to his boss about what to charge me and write up the work ticket. About 10 to 12 minutes later he came back, and told me he was instructed to charge me $350! There was no explanation why it was so high. He could see that I was obviously confused and put off by the exorbitant and unnecessary price gouging, and I could see that as he told me the price he was confused about why it was so expensive as well. He said he couldn't understand but that's the price he was instructed to charge. I was upset confused at such a ridiculously high price for minimal work, but I begrudgingly paid it. AT BEST THIS WAS $179, NOT A SCENT MORE. After the technician left, I returned to the evaporator to verify that the fan and motor assembly were still working. Unfortunately I noticed a vibration and noise that was not previously there, the system is approximately 4 years old. I called the company back to have the technician return and verify the work was done properly. He found nothing wrong and suggested that there would be some vibrations and it may have been there and I just never noticed. It is unlikely that I would have never noticed or felt the vibrations before, but there's nothing that can be done about it at this point, at least according to the technician. Now I'm stuck with a fan motor that is obviously going to wear out before it's time. I added an image of the bill. You can see how little time they spent and the ridiculous price charged. I did get a discount because I signed up for their maintenance program. Remember the 30 minutes shown on the work order includes the technician going out to his vehicle, talking to his boss, writing the ticket and me paying. The physical labor part of the work took approximately 12 minutes. Charging that much money without some explanation as to why is absurd and fosters nothing but mistrust! UPDATED 9/13/23 I received a call from Joe, of "Action Air of Florida", the person who arranged my repair. Joe was extremely negative, and instead of trying to resolve any issues like adults he decided to cancel the maintenance contract I had with "Action Air of Florida", and then demanded that I never contact that company again. I tried talking to Joe about the situation but he was not interested in anything I had to say. Joe, oozed negativity like it was second nature to him. He tried rationalizing why I was charged so much, he mentioned I was charged extra because he had to go pick up the part because they were out of stock. The technician who repaired the job thought the excess charge may have been because it was warranty work. At this point, Joe refused to tell me whether or not the warranty work was registered. Before ending the conversation negatively Joe, threatened me with a lawsuit for something I posted in my review. The customer service for this company is so poor, and workers like Joe, are so disrespectful that I urge you to consider any other AC company before utilizing the services of "Action Air of Florida".
