The accounting staff is so hard to understand with a very thick accent, looks like she's from India whos name is Cess. Faith speaks better English though

Unfortunately, our experience with them wasn't so great. We got a reference from a friend. We were already late with the business tax return when I gave them all of my originals on March 20, 2020. I got reassured that we are in good hands. We were told that the owner will reach out to us within a week. We heard from him 3 weeks later. For more than a month the correspondence with the company was very bad. They simply did not answer any phone calls or responded to any emails that we sent. We got really stressed out since we did not know if they will do the taxes and when. It was hard to reach out to the owner. At first he said that he will do the taxes in a certain date but than pushed it to a later date, saying that they have previous customers to take care of first. He also said that they had a software failure. If you can not perform the job, simply say so. There are plenty of accounting companies out there that I could use. Today I picked up my papers and I am going to use a different company. We certainly did not feel that we were in good hands.
