        i called ahead to save time and reserve my unit, since I had movers coming to meet me at certain time, but when i got there it was given to someone else. I found out that I should of paid for it upfront online but the person I was talking with did not mention this information so when I got there, the unit was gone. The lack of communication resulted in the representative having to start all over and find ANOTHER unit for me, and this one is not by the elevator like I wanted. Other than that, I love the location and facility.
