Being first-time home buyers in a new city, we were incredibly lucky to have Rebecca as a realtor. From the beginning, she was attentive to every detail that we required in our perfect home. When we landed on a new build, she made it a point to keep in contact with us and the builder to ensure everything went smoothly, and she made trips to the build site to keep us apprised of all updates. When any issues arose with the build, Rebecca was immediately in contact with various people to get things back on track/ rectified. She read through contracts numerous times, brought up any potential errors and oversights, and really helped us to feel confident about the home buying process. Rebeccas knowledge, advice, and professionalism is unmatched. She was also an absolute joy to work with, which is an equally important quality in a realtor. I cant say enough how grateful we were to have Rebecca in our corner throughout the entire journey. This is the honest truth and I'm not joking. Rebecca is the best realtor I ever met and I only met 2. The first one was a joke, the second lady was very good too but in a strange twist of fate the second realtor had to deal with something family related and then turned me over to Rebecca. Which ended up working out better anyway cause of her scheduling. Rebecca will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want out of the house your looking for and or location. The whole process of buying my house was complicated though not on Rebecca's part, with her I probably would have got really upset over all of it. She stays in constant contact with you, if she doesn't answer you right away do not worry she's just helping out another client and she will get right back to you that same day too, I've gotten texts from her at 7 pm and I think sometimes 8 pm just to make sure you both are on the same page. I could probably write a whole lot more but all in all Rebecca is very down to earth and very understanding and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Don't believe me? Try her out. You won't regret it.
