It was a great pleasure to work with Etzel when we bought our first home. She's honest and affable. After our first meeting, I knew she'd be the one to guide us through the whole process. Her introductory meeting is very informative and beneficial. I am glad she gave us a plethora of information from the start and throughout the whole journey. She's always there to answer any questions or concerns. We couldn't attend a final walk through due to work, but she did it in our place and made sure that everything was squared away. If you're looking for someone to help find your next place to call home, guides you through it all like a close and frank friend, and encourages you to meet all the checkpoints to get what YOU want, then she's the one you want to work with. She exceeds the 5 star rating. We couldn't be more thankful for all she has done for us!

Etzel was hands down the most wonderful person we have ever worked with. As first time home buyers we were absolutely clueless throughout the entire process. Etzel basically held our hands through the entire process and made sure no one was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. It seemed she was always available to answer our slew of endless questions and concerns. When issues came about she marched forward like a soldier in battle and solved all problems with the ferocity like none other. I cannot imagine anyone else putting in as much effort as she did. It felt as if she was looking out for us as if we were her family. There are very few people out there I recommend, and Etzel is hands down number one on my list. Just know, I you ever use her services, you will get way more than you expected. There are not enough stars here to give her what she truly deserves!
