Rachel is an amazing Real Estate Broker! She was diligent, professional, and available. We were able to obtain a contract in less then 48 hours but what was really special was Rachels incredible negotiation skills. Our buyers agent was ver aggressive but Rachel did not let us get pushed around. From beginning to end and at every corner of the process Rachel was there, she communicated frequently (which I greatly appreciated), and made sure we got the best price for our house, the best outcome for the appraisal, and a smooth closing.
