So I have changed my referral to another clinic as I have been trying to get an appointment since early December and now we are at the end of December. Everytime I call there is a different reason I can't be scheduled. So I really don't want to go to a clinic that can't even get you scheduled after a month

I am trying to make a medical appointment and every time I call they tell me that they will call me the next day and I am still waiting the lady who answers the phone just avoided me and told me that I have to wait for them to call me on Monday

This office has given me numerous issues in regards to refilling my insulin prescriptions. This last Monday (9/18), I called in a refill to my pharmacy. Only to find out today (9/20) that they are REFUSING to refill it and wont give me a reason. Deliberately holding back a medication that keeps me alive and refuses to tell me why. I am beyond done with this place. And I suggest to everyone you find somewhere else. This is unprofessional and Im pretty sure illegal
